WOODARDS INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY

In 2023, Woodards were keen to post an Instagram reel on International Women’s Day and were open to ideas on how we could involve their staff. As the theme for 2023 was ‘Embrace Equity’, we incorporated the iconic arm gesture together with some candid behind the scenes moments to create this fun, light hearted video celebrating the women of Woodards. Fast forward a year later, they were keen on creating another reel to celebrate the 2024 theme ‘Inspire Inclusion’. With a workforce made up of 62% women, we helped them come up with a simple concept of showcasing some of the females that were in roles that males were also in. There’s nothing that inspires inclusion more than empowering women in a historically male dominated industry.
