We worked with Chromatix web agency to film a series of client testimonials with an aim to promote their business and help drive conversion. A series of questions were asked in order to prompt the client to discuss the benefits and positive impact their new website has had on their business. By asking the person questions and guiding them to discuss the points that the client would like them to talk about, the person being interviewed is able to speak in their own words and remain natural in their tone of voice. The end result is a testimonial that feels authentic and real, rather than scripted and unnatural. We also overlaid the client’s testimonial with footage of their staff working on site to keep the video engaging. These videos are used on Chromatix’ website and are a valuable conversion tool.
